1. Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Description of the issue

Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review the situation and, if approved, may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, please note that for physical products we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, you still have the right to request a resolution under section 2 above.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved for damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

It will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction
